HOW TO VAGINAL STEAM AT HOME WITH LEIAMOON

1. Place the LEIAMOON steam seat on the floor in a cozy spot and remove the chamber from the base.
2. Remove the stainless steel cup from the base and fill it with water.
3. Place the stainless steel cup back on the base and sprinkle with herbs.
4. Put the chamber back on the base and plug in the LEIAMOON steam seat.
5. Press the “ON” button and select your desired temperature setting. The machine will beep when it’s ready for you.
6. Sit on the seat and open the chamber valve.
7. Steam for about 30 mins.
8. Stand up slowly and empty the stainless steel cup.
9. Repeat before/after the menstrual phase of your cycle.
HOW TO VAGINAL STEAM USING TRADITIONAL METHODS
Grab a hold of your LEIAMOON herb blend, a kettle of boiling water, an approximately 8” diameter bowl, and a long skirt or towel, and let’s do this thang!
1. Boil approximately 4 cups of water.
2. Transfer the boiling water to your bowl.
3. Place the bowl on the floor in a cozy spot.
4. Toss in the herbs.
5. Squat over the bowl.
6. Position your body for maximum comfort squatting, kneeling, child’s pose, etc...
7. Steam for about 30 mins.
8. Stand up slowly and empty the stainless steel cup.
9. Repeat before/after the menstrual phase of your cycle.
