Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Orders in the contiguous United States are shipped via the customer option chosen at checkout. Some items include free shipping, with options for expedited service via USPS or FedEx.

Canada: Orders are shipped via FedEx Smartpost or USPS Priority Mail International depending on the type of order and carrier availability. Customer may still be responsible for import and custom duties.

Refund Policy: If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. You’ll get the refund of your money or another product of the same value if preferred. In order to be eligible for return, the condition of the item must not be deteriorated and must carry the original packaging. You must also produce proof of your purchase to qualify for the return. In the event that you need to return your article, the original packaging is required to avoid a repackaging fee.

If you want to cancel an order, you must notify us by email at As long as you cancel your order before it has left our warehouse, you will receive a refund minus a restocking fee, if applies. If you cancel your order once it has left our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipping and return-shipping charges. All order cancellation requests are subject to approval.

*Note: Due to the organic/perishable nature of the herbs, LEIAMOON’s vaginal steaming herb blends are not eligible for returns. If you are unsatisfied with your herb blend for any reason whatsoever, please document the issue with photographs, and send us an email within 30 days of purchase to and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

*Returns policy does not apply to preordered items purchased through Indiegogo or Kickstarter campaigns.

We do not accept returns for LEIAMOON products purchased from other retailers. Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned to LEIAMOON. LEIAMOON products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Damage and/or Spare Piece Claims  

You have 72h If you would like to report damages upon arrival of your product, or should there be any issues that would require a replacement or spare piece for, please read the following steps carefully:
  1. Make sure to retain the package and packaging materials from our products to successfully address your claim.
  2. Submit clear photos of the exterior and internal packaging and the issue that is being reported, along with a photo of the shipping mark (the white sheet on the box with the barcode)
  3. Finally, provide a brief explanation of the issue and how it occurred.
