Every LEIAMOON Steam Seat is backed by a One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and technology of our products. Our Steam Seat is designed for years of reliable use, and if a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, we'll work quickly to make it right.

If your Steam Seat is determined, upon inspection, to have failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship within one (1) year of the original purchase date, LEIAMOON will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the defective component(s), or replace the unit at no charge.

If warranty service requires your Steam Seat to be returned to us, LEIAMOON will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved warranty claims within the United States.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please email info@leiamoon.com with:

• Your name and order number
  
• Proof of purchase
  
• Your product serial number
  
• A description of the issue
  
• Clear photographs or videos showing the problem
  

Please retain your original packaging whenever possible, as it helps protect the product if it needs to be shipped for inspection or repair.

Please do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble your Steam Seat yourself, as doing so will void this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper storage.
  
• Damage caused by failure to follow LEIAMOON's care, cleaning, operating, or safety instructions.
  
• Shipping or transportation damage that is not reported promptly upon delivery.
  
• Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than LEIAMOON or an authorized service provider.
  
• Normal cosmetic wear or deterioration resulting from ordinary use.
  
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
  
• Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase or the product serial number.
  

International Warranty Service

The LEIAMOON One-Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible products regardless of where they are located. However, warranty service is provided from the United States. Customers located outside the United States are responsible for all international shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges associated with sending the product to and from LEIAMOON for warranty service.

Additional Terms

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEIAMOON's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or, at LEIAMOON's sole discretion, a refund of the original purchase price. LEIAMOON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
